Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 4, 2026
Welcome to Inspo Galore ("we", "us", "our"), available at https://www.inspogalore.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Newsletter signup: if you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address. Subscribing is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Correspondence: if you contact us by email, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, approximate location (country/region derived from IP), and interactions with the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 3).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: operate, maintain and improve the Site and its content; understand which content is popular through analytics; send the newsletter you asked for; monitor for security issues, abuse and technical errors; measure and support monetization of the Site through advertising and affiliate programs; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them for the purposes below. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the Site remains usable without them, though some features may not work as intended.
Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behavior (pages visited, session duration, approximate location, device type). IP addresses are processed by Google in anonymized/truncated form where required. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and learn how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Functional cookies: used to remember basic preferences and to make embedded features (such as social sharing and Pinterest save buttons) work.
Advertising cookies: see section 4.
4. Advertising
We may display advertising on the Site now or in the future, including through third-party advertising networks and management partners such as Google AdSense, Mediavine, Raptive or similar providers. These partners may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the Site and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to serve ads targeted to your interests (personalized or interest-based advertising).
Where required by law (including under the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules), personalized advertising will only be served after you have given consent through a consent banner, and you will be able to withdraw or change your consent at any time through that banner.
You can learn more about interest-based advertising and opt out of participating companies at: https://optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance), https://optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative), and for the EU at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu. For Google specifically, you can manage ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.
If and when we partner with a specific ad management provider, that provider acts as a separate controller or processor of advertising data under its own privacy policy, and we will identify the provider in this policy.
5. Affiliate Links (Amazon Associates and Others)
Inspo Galore is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and its international storefronts. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" in the page code. Clicking an affiliate link takes you to the retailer's website, which sets its own cookies and processes your data under its own privacy policy — for Amazon, see https://www.amazon.com/privacy. We do not receive personal data about your purchases beyond aggregate, non-identifying commission reports.
6. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is processed by our email service provider solely to deliver the emails you signed up for. We do not sell or rent your email address. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list promptly.
7. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Site: hosting and content delivery (Vercel), content management (Sanity), analytics (Google), our email provider, and — if/when enabled — advertising partners as described in section 4. Each provider processes data under a data processing agreement and/or its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
8. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on these legal bases: consent (newsletter, personalized advertising cookies), legitimate interests (site security, non-personalized analytics, operating and improving the Site), and legal obligation (record-keeping where required). Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the EU/EEA) or other regulator.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by California law. We do not sell personal information for money; interest-based advertising may qualify as "sharing", which you can opt out of via the cookie/consent controls and the industry opt-out links in section 4. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 14.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here: analytics data according to our analytics provider's retention settings (14 months by default for Google Analytics 4), newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and correspondence as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, unless a longer period is required by law.
11. Data Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we rely on reputable providers (Vercel, Sanity, Google) with industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the risk.
12. International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers).
13. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Contact
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at: hello@inspogalore.com.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example when we enable an advertising partner or add a new feature. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced on the Site. Please review this page periodically.
